Mug cakes are great because they’re handy and cute at the same time. So today, I decided to combine two of my favorite comfort foods to create this quick and easy mug cake recipe. It’s so easy that it might be hard not to lose your mind and resist the temptation to bake it everyday. I’m just warning you!
Chocolate and Peanut Butter Mug Cakes
For two mug cakes:
4 tbsp flour (here: mix of different gluten-free flours)
1/2 packet of baking powder
3 tbsp peanut butter
6 tbsp non-dairy milk (here: oat milk)
1 tbsp agave syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
chocolate chips (as much as you want/need!)
1. Mix all the ingredients together in the order listed.
2. Pour the mixture into oven-safe mugs.
3. Bake for 15 minutes at 180°C.
4. Decorate with chocolate chips.
