This is a very easy meal idea that I like to use when I don’t have time to prepare a meal.
There are only three ingredients; one comes from the grocery store and the other two are always available in my pantry. My 13 month old loves this simple vegan dish and I hope your kids enjoy it just as much!!
Easy Veggie Pasta
1 package of organic broccoli slaw
1 spoonful of coconut oil
Pasta sauce (The amount depends on your liking)
In a skillet, heat the coconut oil and add the broccoli slaw.
Cook for about 8 minutes, or until it has softened.
Mix in as much pasta sauce as you wish, let that heat up for a minute or so.
Let it cool and enjoy!!!
